A culture of giving back can inspire, motivate, and engage your team

Partnerships

We couldn’t do what we do, without the support of our Corporate Partners. The funding through these partnerships provides critical financial support, enabling us to enhance the range of services and programs we offer to Tasmanian women.

We welcome sustainable, mutually beneficial, transformative partnerships that reward everyone involved, most importantly, our clients. Each of our partnerships is as unique as the next, ensuring we meet the needs of our corporate partner.

Workplace Giving

A workplace giving program is a simple way to regularly donate to charities or organisations eligible to receive tax deductible donations.

If your employer offers workplace giving, you can choose to make a regular donation to Dress for Success. Your employer will then start collecting the donation amount from your pay each payday and pay it directly to Dress for Success.

Email us to request a copy of our banking details.

Visit the ATO Website for full details about workplace giving.

Clothing Drives

Our coprorate clothing donors are a vital part of the Dress for Success styling process.  Donations support us so we can support our clients, and sustainable fashion

Due to limitations of space and volunteer resources. we are seeking only high-quality clothing that is considered work appropriate or “luxury/designer” brands.

We require items as close to new (we love tags still on!!), freshly laundered, and on-trend/modern that you would still wear yourself.

Why Volunteer?

Research shows that employee volunteer programs are good for business and society, and offer the following benefits:

  • demonstrates social responsibility and make a positive impact in the community
  • helps employees develop new skills
  • fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • builds teamwork and camaraderie among employees
  • improves corporate culture and employer brand

Corporate volunteering sessions incur a cost of $500 per session plus gst for between 5-6 people.

Sessions are held in our boutique, outside of client hours, on a Wednesday afternoon and are open to all employees.
